We send our parcels within the UK via Parelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery/Signed for. Our shipping cost is £5.95 per delivery address.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only), delivery is normally 2-3 days but please allow up to 5 days. If you need your items sooner please email hello@bluebellgray.co.uk and we will try and get it to you as quickly as possible.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be coming back in stock.
Overseas delivery: We can deliver overseas. Please just drop us an email with the items you would like and we will send you a shipping quote and a Paypal invoice to be able to pay via Paypal.
All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund or exchange to

If you are returning any goods please retain your proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for any goods lost in transit without proof of sending. Please email or phone if possible if you are returning any items so we know to expect them.
