We send our parcels via Parelforce (with the exception of the Giclee prints which are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery). Our shipping cost is £5.95 per delivery address.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours (Monday to Friday only), delivery is normally 2-3 days but please allow up to 5 days. If you need your items sooner please email hello@bluebellgray.co.uk and we will try and get it to you as quickly as possible.
If an item is out of stock we will inform you and let you know when it will be coming back in stock.
Chairs: Due to the nature of these items they are delivered by a specialist courier company. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery. Please ensure the items will fit through any doorways.
Overseas delivery: Please note we do not currently ship items outside the mainland UK.
All our items are handmade with great care and we hope you like them. However if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please return it, in its original packaging, unused, within 14 days for a refund or exchange to
