Can I commission bespoke work?
Unfortunately no; Fi is constantly developing new designs and products and sadly doesn’t have the time to take on bespoke projects.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you would like to make an order please drop us an email or give us a ring and we will be happy to send you an invoice through Paypal.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
For most UK orders we use Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery. For international orders we use TNT.
I’ve seen Fi’s flat featured in the press and love the fabric on her sofa. Can I order some for myself?
Yes. Fi’s sofa is covered in Anya fabric.
Can I do a work placement with Bluebellgray?
Unfortunately as Bluebellgray is a relatively new and small company, we cannot offer any work experience opportunities at the moment.
I’d love to see the designs in person – can I visit the Bluebellgray studio?
The studio is not open to the public, however, in some circumstances, visits can be arranged by appointment. Please contact us.
Do Bluebellgray design for any other brands?
No. All our designs are branded Bluebellgray so if the design doesn’t say Bluebellgray, it isn’t!
Are all your designs limited edition pieces?
Only a selection of our designs are limited edition. In the future we will continue to occasionally offer a limited edition design. To keep up to date you could follow our blog.
Where are the products designed and manufactured?
All of our designs are born in Scotland. Our fabrics and cushions are printed and sewn in the UK. Our new accessories range is manufactured in China; we tried to source a UK option but unfortunately couldn’t find a solution which would have provided products at a price acceptable to our customers.
Is there a minimum order for fabric?
Yes, the minimum order is 1 metre. Thereafter, fabric is available for purchase in ½ metre lengths.
Can I order a fabric sample?
Yes, you can order samples by contacting us.
Why do you charge for samples?
The method of printing we use is an expensive process and, unfortunately, as a young company, we cannot absorb sampling costs at this stage.
Is the fabric suitable for upholstery?
Yes. Our fabric is suitable for domestic upholstery. If you would like further details and technical information please contact us.
What is your return and refund policy?
Products should be returned in perfect condition within 14 days of purchase. We do not refund postage. We do not offer refunds on cut fabric which is why we recommend you order a sample.

I see pretty black cats in all your photos – are they extras?
No. They are the phenomenon known as ‘Petty’ – Fi’s cats Peggy and Betty. In spite of being generally shy, they are a little fame hungry and the camera does love them…
I imagine the Bluebellgray studio as a floral nirvana filled with sunshine – is it?
Yes. And also beautiful girls drinking from an overflowing fountain of Lady Grey tea.
Who works in the studio?
Fi works on the right and has a Flower Field armchair at her desk. Carrie, the design assistant, works in the middle and has an Anya armchair at her desk. Wendy, the PR and marketing manager, works of the left and has a Prussian cushion to perch on at her desk.
